Eligibility & Age Requirements
To register an account and use 9999db's services, you must meet the following requirements:

- Access is not permitted from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
- You must register using your own identity — opening an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- 9999db employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this service.
It is each parent's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing their account. 9999db enforces a strict age verification policy and may request proof of age at any time if there is reason for doubt.
Providing false information regarding age or identity will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all funds.
Account Registration & Security
When registering an account with 9999db, you must provide accurate and complete information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
Account Verification (KYC)
9999db follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with international standards. Proof of age and identity may be required before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents include:

- Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
- Proof of payment method ownership
Password & Security

Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments made from third-party accounts may be rejected.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals at 9999db are simple and transparent. Follow the guidelines below and your withdrawal will typically be processed within 1–6 hours.
Withdrawal Conditions
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500।
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 BDT (Separate limits apply for VIP members).
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.

General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement applies (typically 5–30x the bonus amount).
- A maximum bet limit applies when placing bets with bonus funds.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any bonus not used within this period will be automatically cancelled.
- Only one welcome bonus is allowed per person or household.
- 9999db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
If bonus terms are violated, 9999db reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 9999db. Sport-specific rules can be found in the relevant sections.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout feature).
- If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
- 9999db reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- A slight delay in bet acceptance may occur during live betting.
- For parlay/accumulator bets placed across multiple events, all selections must be correct to win.
- 9999db reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings amount.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9999db. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
- Betting through money laundering or with funds from illegal sources.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Betting using bots or automated software.
- Match fixing or betting using insider information.
- Systematically profiting through odds arbitrage.
- Using another person's account or payment method.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
Account Closure & Suspension
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team.
9999db reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Order of a court or regulatory authority.
If a valid balance exists prior to account closure, 9999db will endeavour to return it upon completion of the review — except in cases of rule violations.

Limitation of Liability

- Faults in the user's own device or software.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
- Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond 9999db's control.
9999db's total liability shall in no circumstance exceed the value of the transaction in question.
Right to Amend Terms
9999db reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or an in-platform announcement.
